There are hundreds of Photoshop tutorial sites online. Two of my favorite and most reliable sources of high-quality, easy-to-follow video tutorials are IceFlow Studios at TutCast.com and Mama Shan at photoshopmama.com. Both sites are available on YouTube.
Speaking of YouTube, a key word search of "Photoshop tutorial" on YouTube will result in any number of video tutorials, but be aware that not all are of good instructional quality! Some are downright terrible, so use discretion.
If you're looking for a tutorial about a particular task or technique, I recommend typing a few key words (for example, Photoshop skin repair, Photoshop glass orb) into a search engine and see where it takes you! There are many sites (like this one) with only a small number of tutorials, but they will come up in your search of the Photoshop technique or task.
